Good price quality hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, very good location. All staff are very kind and helpful. Especially Mr. Younes at the reception is really a gentleman and a professional who helps with everything.

Cons: Too much noise during the morning and afternoon because of cleaning staff who were very loud. Although I understand they need to do their work.

Good hotel,bit maintenance issues

Pros: The bed was very comfortable,cleanliness was immaculate. Soundproofed room. Couldn't hear anything. The rooftop pool was amazing! The staff was friendly and made sure we are satisfied.

Cons: We got somebody else's room,then in the new room the light was not working,then the air condition was not working.

Pros: the breakfast was good. Continental style. They could use more varieties.

Good hotel for business travellers.

Pros: Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Could work in the room thanks to good soundproofing.

Cons: The water boiler was not near a electric stick. There was no alternative milk. That should be a must in all hotels now. the swimming pool was not functioning.

Wonderful Service. Impeccable Staff.

Pros: The Staff were extremely hospitable, I would especially like to single out Younis at the Reception. He was very welcoming and helped us out quite a lot. 5 stars just for him!

Cons: I would really have to be nitpicking here, so I guess I'll say the shower needs some updating. It was quite old and let down the overall quality of The Ambassador Suite in which we stayed.
