Marly Boutique Hôtel

This boutique hotel is soooo lovely.

Pros: The rooms in this hotel are fantastic. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. There are so many places to eat in the area, plenty of ATM's within a few meters from the front door, as well as a Marly convenience store on the outside of the building for extra water and fun snacks and needed items...and a pharmacy across the street. High marks on charm and kindness. The staff really go out of their way to assure your stay is exceptional.

Cons: The main restaurant in the hotel is a bit high priced and the breakfast and dinner I ate there were only so so. The main issue for me was the cold. The restaurant was open to the street with air flowing in through the wide opening...and it was really cold outside. I was uncomfortably chilled throughout both meals I ate there. (No problem though, because after those 2 attempts of eating in house...I ate elsewhere for my other meals over the three days and we had some really wonderful adventures and fantastic food.) This hotel is so lovely I will not let the restaurant issue dissuade me from returning.

Pros: Very well maintained hotel with high end interior. Great location.

Cons: One of the receptionist was very absent minded. She did not process our check in for 1 hour and failed to keep every promises she made to us as customers.

Very good hotel in Casablanca

Pros: Probably one of the best hotels we stayed at in Morocco. The hotel is only officially about 3 months old, well appointed and nice clean and fresh rooms. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom was nice and clean. The service was great, lots of restaurants closeby.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Centrally located in a good area of Casablanca. Decent sized rooms with comfortable beds and private balcony. Exceptional service from Reception and Concierge, especially Tawfik who organised taxis, shopping trips, etc

Cons: Booking.com did mention a bar and whilst there are 2 on the premises the hotel doesn't have a liquor licence yet.

Pros: The staff were so friendly. The bed was amazing - like sleeping on a cloud. Just what we need before a long flight home.

An absolute gem of a hotel, would highly recommend.

Pros: Everything. This is a fantastic hotel, beautifully appointed rooms and huge high end bathrooms. The thing that makes this hotel stand out from others is the staff, attentive, knowledgeable and always happy to help, a real asset to any hotel. Tried the restaurant too and great food and service.

A Wonderful Stay in Casablanca!

Pros: This was my first time visiting Casablanca, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The location is excellent — situated in a lovely, central area with easy access to the city’s main attractions. We came to enjoy the city and celebrate my birthday, and the entire experience was truly delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, spacious wardrobe, and beautiful marble in the bathroom. The air conditioning was a big plus during the hot weather. What touched me the most was the thoughtfulness of the staff: on my birthday, I received a card with birthday wishes written in both English and my native Ukrainian — such a heartwarming gesture! I was also surprised with a cake in the restaurant and a delicious pastry delivered to my room. The breakfast was tasty and filling, with a nice variety of options. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so special! ❤️
