Comfortable

Pros: I really loved the staff members. Zakaria and his colleague Asma (if I say that correct) were the best. They made us feel welcome and they helped us with everything. We felt very very welcome.

Cons: It is a small thing but it would be nice if there was a mirror at the place where you can sit so I could do my hair. now I had to stand

It was fine

Pros: The view, the room (it was big and had a lot of space) and the breakfast was good. The service was also fine and they were good at helping, when I had some questions.

Cons: I had to pay a €100 deposit upon arrival in case anything was damaged in the room. I was supposed to get this money back at check-out, but I didn’t. I had completely forgotten about it at the time. I was waiting for my ride, which meant I spent an hour waiting in the lobby. Then it occurred to me that I still hadn't received my refund. The receptionist apologized and said she was just about to call me, which was clearly not true.\

Pros: The View from hotel is fantastic ! The location of hotel is very convenient. Hotel room is big and confortable, breakfast is wonderful, the good is good and many choices, the service is good, the Staff is very friendly and working hard and good.

Cons: The hotel tapis is a bite old. But the room is still nice.
