Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. In addition to their pleasant demeanor, the staff went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue with my broken luggage. They not only addressed the problem promptly but also took the initiative to help fix it. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. I highly commend the hotel staff for their outstanding customer service. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

Pros: This is my second time stay in this Hotel, hotel is very nice, staff very helpful and very polite, and breakfast also good

Pros: I have stayed 3 nights, I loved the localization 20 min from the Corniche and 20 min from the old medina, the staff were really gentle and helpfull, they have really recommand us good restaurante with good prices, a big thanks to Mme Behija for the cleanless room and being helpflull

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, staff was good.. location is ideal if you want to visit the sea side and hassan mosque

Cons: There was no water in the room, we called to ask for water but the staff said they don't provide water. Water is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, even if they want to charge extra for it. Also, rooms need better lighting

Pros: The location was great, all main sites could be reached on foot; the rooms were spacious and the beds very large and comfortable; the staff exceptionally kind and helpful.

Cons: Some rooms might be very noisy (we had to ask for a quiet room not facing the street), the towels were not soft and reduced in number (one bath towel each and only a small one to share for face and hands), a little problem with the water drainage (each time we took a shower, the bathroom floor got all wet )

Totally worth it.

Pros: Friend staff - Asked me for the room options, a street view room or a quiet room good for sleep. Good Speed Wifi. Really strong Air-con. The location is also good, on one side of the streets in the city area.

Cons: Just one little thing, maybe it will be good to put some tableware in the kitchen?
