New Hotel Piscine Wellness & Spa

Pros: I liked everything. The staff with name Waleed and Imad were so helpful and friendly. They are really professional. Thanks for everything, I will visit again.

Pros: New, modern design, excellent breakfast, best location if coming with a car, we left car next to hotel and walked or drived around with taxi.

Cons: swimming pool was not working, spa/massage started to work only at 11. So i would say it was a hotel, not spa/wellness hotel at the time we were there

Pros: Nice location. The tram station is 2 minutes away. Very clean hotel. Very nice staff. Special note for Walid at the reception.

Pros: Very professional staff from reception (day and night!) to breakfast to general manager, going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Convenient location, practical amenities, calm, lots of natural light. Breakfast and the window display on the way to it with curated local products from the country were a great introduction to Moroccan culture. A balanced, vibrant mix of business and leisure travelers.

Functional for a short stay.

Pros: Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait over 40 minutes in the foyer. We were very pleased to find a kettle and teacups in the room. The housekeeper knocked on our door several times but we are still not sure why.

Cons: The hotel doorman called a taxi which wanted to charge 5 times the going rate for a trip into the city centre. The pool was not very inviting.

Fun comfy hotel right downtown!

Pros: Great downtown location with parking right on site. Fun decor, and very comfortable, room. The staff were helpful and kind.

Cons: The pool was cold.

Pros: Great location next to the tram station.... variety in the breakfast with clean and spacious rooms excellent for a weekend in Casablanca

Pros: The room was very good in size. TARIK helped us a lot, and we had an upgrade
