It was great

Pros: The hostess at the front desk was amazing, and kind. I was not at my best in that I had lost my phone and was sick and she did everything in her power to accommodate my situation including guiding me to a pharmacy and even lending me her watch as clocks are a rare commodity in our cellphone world. The place has an amazing shower as well, which is not the case in every hotel in Morocco.

A review of all procedures and regulations is clearly needed, staff solve problems after you notice

Pros: The location is great: close to the train station, yet quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has everything you need.

Cons: The air conditioning in the room didn't work, so I had to replace it. I don't recommend opening the window—it smelled like the railroad!). The shower door was hard to open. One glass for two and one towel each! I think you should save in moderation! Breakfast is minimal, but the coffee is impossible to drink, and the coffee machines were constantly breaking down.

Perfectly located. Great staff, good value for money.

Pros: Convenient location directly opposite the train station. Didn’t get the ladies name who checked us in but she was very welcoming and always smiling and happy.
