Best budget friendly stay

Pros: The staff (whether reception, restaurant or concierge) were pleasant, helpful and receptive to any issues or concerns. The breakfast was genuinely lovely with a great variety each day - the pastries and cake in particular were always fresh and delicious. The room itself was nice - the WiFi was fast, the TV had access to streaming services and the bed was very comfortable. I generally found that the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location is decent, I agree with other guests that the street the hotel is on can be quite rowdy and dirty but it's got great access to the city and isn't far from the Medina.

Cons: The housekeeping was a little inconsistent some days, we didn't always receive fresh towels but once we asked, we did receive. As mentioned by others, the showers require improvement. The bathroom is nice and the shower itself is powerful and reliable with hot water but it always leaked and made a bit of a mess in the bathroom. The windows don't appear to be airtight so when it was windy, there was usually a loud unpleasant noise blowing inside.

Pros: The staff were excellent! very friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Everything was good overall. The only downside was that taxis are quite expensive, and the ATM machine in the hotel charges high fees. Apart from that, everything in the hotel was great, and all the staff were amazing.

Extraordinary stay

Pros: I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel in Casablanca. From the moment I arrived, the service exceeded every expectation. A special thank-you goes to Khalid at the reception, whose professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. He handled everything with genuine care and efficiency. I would also like to praise Rida, whose dedication and friendliness added so much value to my stay. The entire team truly goes above and beyond. The food was excellent, with a rich and diverse selection every day. The quality and taste were consistently impressive.
