Ennesma Hotel

Pros: Very average hotel room, nothing exceptional, but good value for money

Cons: Water was leaking from the shower door on the bathroom floor, after showering there was a pool, TV was not working, could not close balcony door properly

they need to improve their toilets.

Pros: The staff was very cooperative and supportive. the reception guy and cleaning staff were very good. location was good.

Cons: everything was good except the smell in the rooms and bathroom which was not clean and there was water standing everywhere.

Pros: Stayed at Ennesma Hotel for an AFCON match and got a great deal through an online offer. Wonderful staff and a really nice hotel overall. The Tunisia v Mali match was excellent and made the stay even better.

Cons: I checked in early and at first there were no towels. But that's not that surprising given that I checked at 1PM and was easy enough to get towels.

Pros: The Ennesma Hotel was a happy surprise especially after reading a previous poor review. The room was large and spacious, the staff were superb especially the two we got to know, Bellhop Mohammed and receptionist Hamza. Amazing value for money.

Pros: Great location, nice local vibe. Close to attractions. Good eating places and a couple of bars a few minutes walk. Fantastic staff.

Nice hotel and good value for money

Pros: The hotel is located in City centre and the staff is really helpful and friendly , thanks Hamza and Adam for making this stay very comfortable .

Good stay with acceptable fare

Pros: Hotel is not far from the city center. Staff is polite and helpful Adam,Khalid and Hamza helped us a lot.

Cons: There was no internet during our arrival untill the next morning. 😊

Pros: Staff were very helpful & friendly. Room was very nice. Comfy bed. Very clean. Was just passing through for 1 night but would definitely stay again. . Very reasonable price xx

Pros: Rarely for Marco it was quiet. Clean modern room, styl full reception hall and staff, good air tv electric near the bed

Cons: Put price online in euro, but when have to pay in dirhams use very high exchange rate. Room was not ready, blanket towels, staff knocked ones, and came immediately in the room while I was still standing in underware. Water a bit hard to control stable temp, Aircon good but a bit noisy
