Pros: Location nice size room , good room service , staff very good

Cons: The breakfast was very limited and even though it starts at 7:30 to 10am, almost everything got done at 8 making it not enjoyable Location is also far from the airport but close to the train station

A fantastic stay with exceptional staff, perfect location, and great comfort for both family and business travel.

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient—just 20 minutes from United Nations Square and Rokoum Marrakech. The area around the hotel is filled with restaurants and shops, which added to the charm and ease of our stay. The location is perfect for both family vacations and business trips. The staff were exceptional and truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Muhsin and Mohamed at the reception desk during the night shift for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Mohamed on the morning shift, as well as the two gentlemen who prepared and served the breakfast buffet—they were all friendly and attentive. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca for the first time.

Pros: very nice welcoming from the staff and clean rooms ,the hotel is near to the historical centre of Casablanca and also very close to the Hassan 2 mosque

Great value, good standard, nice staff.

Pros: Really high standard for Morocco, almost comparable to a northern European hotel. Two double bed, private bathroom with shower, working air conditioning. Fridge in the room (but we had to plug it in). The lady in the reception was really nice and helpful, although she didnt speak english. She printed our boarding passes for us (you must print out your boarding pass when flying out of morroco). She arranged taxis for us (which means the price was a lot cheaper than when we got taxis on our own - we payed 12 dh to go to Hassan II mosque, and the taxi back wanted us to pay 200dh). The hotell is like 50 m away from Hamam Ziani which was really good. Definitely recommend the 350dh hamam package.

Cons: We didnt eat the breakfast as it cost 7€ and didnt look impressive. When you shower the whole floor in the bathroom gets wet, and there was no towel for the floor.
