Pros: A wonderful experience! The hotel is close to all amenities, including McDonald's, Burger King, and the train station. The city center is only 15 minutes away. The staff were friendly, from reception to the cleaning staff Nezha and Houda who took great care in cleaning the room. Thank you

Pros: I was on my own and the staff were lovely. So helpful with sorting my taxi for when I moved on. Felt safe in the room, great size very clean.

Cons: Totally not the fault of the staff and probably a one off but got woken up at like 5am by a woman shouting.

Comfortable and modern hotel with very friendly staff

Pros: Very comfortable, modern hotel in mid-town Casablanca, away from the traffic craziness yet only 10 mins by car from the city centre. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast.

5 Star customer service from a 4 star hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was fresh and there was a lot of items. I had omelette with salad, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, honey, jam, pastries, mint tea and some Moroccan traditional food. The service from the front desk was 5 star quality. I think the name of the man is Issane. The room was clean, good size, bed was comfortable. No complaints or negative feedback to report. I would stay here again.

Cons: I didn't like the location but it's about 25 minutes from Ain Sebaa Train Station and maybe 15 minutes to the tram station. There is a supermarket and fast food chains close by like McDonalds and Burger King.

Gesamtübersicht Hotel Forteen Ain Sebaa

Pros: Le prix/la performance est tout à fait correct. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le service de restauration du petit déjeuner Madam Kawter était extrêmement sympathique. J'adorerais revenir.

Cons: Dès que l'hôtel est proche d'un carrefour, et qu'au Maroc tous les automobilistes se font sentir avec des klaxons, l'un d'eux a été réveillé tôt. Pas de place pour les dormeurs longs.

Pros: La grande gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, les très bons conseils, l'accueil exceptionnel, la grande disponibilité, une très belle chambre, la propreté, l'emplacement, le respect, la sécurité. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'étais pas venue à Ain Sebaa j'étais ravie mon mari aussi de séjourner. Un plus extraordinaire tout le monde parle français mieux que moi. Vraiment un grand merci. 🙏🙏🙏 J'espère revenir bientôt. L'ensemble du personnel nous manquera bravo à l'équipe .

Conveniente por ubicación familiar

Pros: El personal era muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia y todo funcionaba bien. La ubicación si vas para hacer turismo no es céntrico pero en nuestro caso era ideal para estar cerca de la casa de un familiar. El desayuno bien, había variedad pero era el mismo cada día.

Cons: La ubicación está entre vías principales por lo que es un hotel ruidoso y no tienen habitaciones insonorizadas, preguntamos por ellas pero no las hay. Nos hicieron un upgrade pero el ruído era el mismo. La realidad es que te acabas acostumbrando.
