Modern, clean apartment in a secure and peaceful area

Pros: An excellent 2 beds apartment in a building with an elevator, very modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the large terrace was a great bonus. Public parking is available right in front of the building. The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the city crowds, yet still convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent staff, spacious apartment and very close to a cozy shopping mall - Le Marché (Cinema, Cafés, Restaurants...etc.)

Pros: A very large and modern and large apartment stayed one night and wished I had stayed more and clean apartment.

Pros: I was afraid of the hot water because I read someone's review about it. But there was no need to warry. And the underground parking lot was very huge to park my big SUV. This apartment has an elevator from underground to my room. It was very convenient. Rooms were bigger and clean than I expected. If I have a chance to go to Rabat, I'll stay at this apartment again!

Great apartment for family

Pros: Very modern large comfortable apartment for our night in Rabat. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Spacious apartment

Pros: The suite is very large and spacious, there are two bathrooms, and a large living area, very good stay for large groups or families. The staff is also very nice, the night guard helped us set up the Moroccan sims we got at the airport and fill our sim cards which would have been hard since the whole process was in French, it was a big help!

Good stay out of the busy city center

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood, ca. 15min drive from the city center. Big shopping mall in 800m. Free parking. Spacious room.

Cons: Kitchen is not well equipped - some basic things like sponge, papers, cloth were missing. Just as were pegs in the bathrooms. We had a room on the 1st floor with a terrace, but it was inside the small patio with with neighbour windows overlooking you at a close distance. Not too cozy :(

Lovely appartement and very clean

Pros: Lovely and helpfull staff, appartement was huge (3bedrooms) and very clean, private parking.

Cons: Perhaps the distance to Rabat center but with own car was not an issue

Great place to stay

Pros: Regardless there’s lots of work going around but property itself and staff especially Mr Wadi Stayher was very pleasant & guide us through our trip. Property deco was very standard and well maintained.

Pros: Good value for money. Close to the shopping mall, 5 mintues by car.
