Exceptionally perfect stay with the loveliest and most helpful staff you will find

Pros: Everything about this stay was exceptional. From the staff, to the food, to the amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service is second to none. There is an expectation that rooms will be comfortable and amenities will be great - this hotel absolutely delivered on all these fronts but the stand out thing for me was the staff and the level of service. So much so, that I extended my stay here and have already booked to come back. Mehdi was a super star from before I even arrived right up to checking out. I was there in winter so having the indoor heated pool and sauna was a game changer. Absolutely recommend the Hammam - it was a dream. The food in the restaurant was EPIC. Everything tasted insanely good. The bartender is really talented and was great for conversation. Live music on Saturday night was also a treat. I could go on and on, but this hotel is a really special place!

Cons: Absolutely nothing - it was perfect.

Pros: The whole staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Mr Mehdi gave us early check-in and we had complimentary fruits and nuts in the room .Everything was very smooth. Breakfast was excellent, the staff there were very friendly , in the spa too . I'll definitely come back next time. Kind regards to everyone 😊

Cons: I wish they had more selections for the food. As for lunch and dinner. And more choices for the pillows

Relaxing hotel with top facilities.

Pros: Spa and swimming facilities are very good. The food at Dielli and especially Chiringuita restaurant was very good.

Cons: The breakfast buffet has reduced since our last visit which is a shame, less choice available for guests paying top-dollar.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities but an average location

Pros: The hotel is stunning with beautiful rooms, an amazing pool, 4 very good restaurants, a good spa, amazing amenities and a very cordial staff. It is a truly international hotel to spend a great weekend enjoying the spa and eating good food.

Cons: There is a gate that prevents anyone to go to the beach and there is a public walking road that divide the hotel from the beach. And there is no beach as it’s a big dangerous rocky area in front of the hotel, so be aware that the see is only for the view.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel — once again, everything was perfect! The pool was amazing as always, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A special shoutout to Abdessamie from the staff — we met him last year and were so happy to see him again this year. He’s incredibly kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to their work, and his kindness truly makes a difference. Also, a quick thank you to Ayoub from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless with a smile. Looking forward to coming back again!

Just wonderful! Highly recommended

Pros: An incredible place! We had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. The breakfast was beyond praise, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Ayoub from housekeeping and Zhour for the impeccable cleanliness of the room. It’s great that the water supply in the rooms is regularly replenished. Some reviews mention the lack of a beach, but if you walk a little away from the hotel, you can find a spot cleared of rocks where you can swim.

Pros: Reception manager and Ayoub housekeeper were so friendly, attention to details,and flexible with the check out time even though I had an emergency and I didn’t use it. But the gesture was amazing from them. Ayoub HK was very kind and professional.
