Pros: Very nice, good choice of breakfast, lovely views out to sea, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: As we were there over Xmas, the weather wasn't great and it was too cold to use the outdoor pools. We were sad to find that the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not included in the cost of the stay, which for our budget, was already expensive.

Loved it so much, I altered my travel plans and went back!

Pros: Outstanding resort, exceptional staff, all of whom went out of their way to make my stay a fantastic one.

Cons: I could find no fault with this resort!

fantastic hotel

Pros: Its not for the first time we have been staying there and the hotel is a charm. Exceptional location, fantastic sunsets, 99 restaurant is beyond praise - we go eat there even if not staying at the hotel.

Cons: The staff needs training badly. They are very nice and traying really hard, but lack organisation and are not up to 5star hotel standards. We were checking in round five and were told that the room is not yet ready and we need to wait. When I enquired what the regular check in time is the room miraculously became ready. The luggage never reached out room and the car keys were lost. But these are really monor things that did not spoil overall impression. would definitely stay again.

Divine , peaceful and soooo relaxing

Pros: Everything was just amazing - the room, the facilities , the views, the food but most of all was the care and attention of each and every staff member . We felt truely spoilt and left feeling so refreshed .

Pros: A very beautiful and new hotel, with amazing service and food!! Rooms are just big and bed so comfortable. The quality and assortments at breakfast were amazing. And we had dinner at the japanese restaurant and it was also very nice!
