Excellent location and value

Pros: The location, the cleanness, the professional and friendly welcoming, you are at 10min walk from the sea side where a huge mall is located, parking easy in the streets near the hotel

Cons: Nothing to deslike

Cons: absence of a concierge to help with the luggage

It was great and would recommend if you don’t mind a weak shower and a set breakfast menu.

Pros: Staff was so friendly and helpful, absolutely perfect. They solved every issue fast and perfect.

Cons: Waterpressure of the shower was a bit low and the breakfast room didn’t have doors so was a bit cold. Also no buffet breakfast but just a set menu.

Very nice place and friendly staff

Pros: Very nice place. The rooms are really comfortable, clean, well maintained. It is in the middle of the city so everything was within walking distance such as restaurants and shops. The staff are very kind and helpful. Especially the kind people at the reception who provided the information needed about the stay and the city. Also, very good value for the money. The prices were very reasonable. My thanks and appreciation to thr management and the team at the hotel.

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay, good value for money

Pros: The location was close to the Main Street, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was abundant and rich. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons: There were stains on the bed cover

Pros: Room had all essential amenities including tea/coffee making facilities. A small fridge was also in the room which was handy for storing drinks. Friendly staff and cleaners. Balcony was appealing although there wasn't much of a view. Quiet room as off main road Concierge were very helpful always greeting with a smile. The hotel arranged our return taxi to the airport.

Cons: Shower leaked water despite closing the door. We booked 2 rooms but they were unable to accommodate us in a interconnecting room as the room was not vacant, however the rooms given were in close proximity. Standard room has a very compact bathroom.

Pros: I liked very professional work from all staff especially receptionist Ms. Nassima, who provided all necessary information and was very kind and helfull. Breakfast was also excellent.

Pros: The hotel was better than we expected. It has a great location. Our stay was confortable and the staff was super nice. We were also allowed for early check-in for free.
