First Suites Hôtel

Pros: The location was perfect as I was staying for an Afcon game. The tram is a 1 minute walk away and it takes at most 10 minutes by tram to get to Rabat Ville Train station which is how I connected. The hotel is also 1 tram stop or 5 minute walk away from the stadium Al Medina and a large shopping centre which was amongst the reason of my decision to stay here. It has a function kitchen but I only needed to use the fridge. It has utensils to use however. Breakfast in the sky lounge was reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and there were chairs and small desks in the room and living room. OLM Souissi (park) is a 15 minute walk away which is where the fanzone is located.

Cons: The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell I assume coming from the drain so I closed the door. I do feel compared to my stay in Casablanca that this hotel was overpriced. I think if the prices were reversed it would have made sense to me but it worked for the night.

It was very pleasant.

Pros: The breakfast was good. It should be included in the rate. The hotel is expensive. The staff at the reception were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Need to provide a proper desk chair for working at the desk.

Cons: The tramway. It can get a little noisy.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the flat is big very well maintained and very clean. The location is the best one in the center of Rabat with easy access to all the touristic places within 10min drive. The botanic garden is at 15min walk. Lots of nice restaurants and the mall in 5min walk.The sky restaurant at the 5th is excellent and affordable. Everything was perfect we will definitely come back and recommend it ! thank you !

Pros: gold staff in this hotel they are super support team work I had small issue quick action and fix it . good breakfast as menu there are car parking the shop and supermarket closer to the hotel 10 minutes walking 🚶‍♂️ there are Inwi shop closer to you .

Pros: It is close to everything, shops, restaurants etc. The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice

Pros: Very clean place. Close to city center. We liked our stay for a night to attend a wedding.

Cons: Limited Parking space. Restaurant is not interesting at all, somewhat good to drink a coffee, but I would recommend to eat outside.

Pros: A very nice new hotel, very clean and comfortable, so delicious breakfast and quite place
