Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect ,the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful specially Hanane, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the excellent service!

Nice vibe, location near the city center, cleaning done everyday. Totally recommend as I’ve been there twice this year.

Cons: During winter it could be possible to be a little bit cold, but you may use their AC.

Pros: Second time there, so I think that shows something. I like the breakfasts, lots of choices, there has to be something that you like. Nice staff and ready to help with suggestions on day trips.

Cons: I feel so bad about this… the owner has put together a modern well run hotel and this happens. On our first stay a very bad smell in a confined area would come and go. It was straight from the sewers to by our entrance door. This time - ant’s. We were on the 3rd floor, how they got so high I will never know. Again, external things that are not exactly within the hotels control and the staff certainly did the best they could do in resolving the issues.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely welcome kit that included Moroccan sweets and fresh fruits. Everything was clean and well-prepared, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.

Cons: The breakfast was simple but had everything I needed. I only wish there had been some fresh fruit available to complete the meal.

Location and ease of access for travelers was there but needs english speaking front desk staff and work on breakfast.

Pros: It was at a wonderful location. The staff was good but lot to improve in speaking english. The break fast was below par and need lot of improvements. The washroom door was faulty and inspite of complaint it could not be repaired. Else overall the views and the surrounding were excellent to stay.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my citytrip. My room was super clean and confortable. There was a lot of choice at the buffet of the breakfast and the people were kind and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Pros: Second visit , as good as last time . I requested same room and was given it . Flowers petals left in room by shower and sink . Fresh fruit bowl. Good breakfast ,
