Flower Town Hotel & Spa

Pros: Great stay at Hotel Flower Town I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Flower Town in Rabat. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Excellent spa hotel located in the heart of Rabat. Staff were very professional and friendly. Also recommend the Moroccan spa treatment, superb and relaxing. A great stay for a short business trip.

Nicely furnished, quiet, great staff, well located

Pros: I loved the kind and welcoming staff that satisfied all my requests promptly, especially Wassim, Soumaya and Zakaria. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel has a spa where I had a marvelous hammam treatment. The breakfast had a good variety and the breakfast room is bright. The location is good, easy to find taxis on the road.

Cons: I had to request a room change after the first night due to a bad sewage smell; thanks to the receptionist my room was changed immediately and the concierge offered help to move my stuff.

Pros: Upgrade to a lovely suite. Very modern, stylish and clean. Very friendly and supportive staff in all areas. Great breakfast. The hotel is also well situated in Agdal.

Cons: All good.

Nice Moroccan hotel in Rabat

Pros: Good location and hospitable staff. Always willing to help with taxis

Cons: Forgot some requests and laundry service is 24 hours - not so convenient for business travelers

Pros: Staff there are very kind. A wide variety of choices for breakfast.

A hotel with nice and not that nice features located a bit far from downtown.

Pros: The room (junior suite) is huge, with a queen size bed and a lot of space. There is a nice terrace with table and beds to enjoy the evening, although the view is not particularly nice because it is surrounded by other buildings. The bathroom is nice with a multi-jet shower. You have available robe and shower sleepers. The gym is small very the equipment is last generation. The pool more than a pool is a Hamand (water level is about 1 meter). Breakfast was a generous buffet and had an egg/omelette station. There are quite a few small grocery shops around but couldn't find any large groceries at walking distance.

Cons: The room service is very stingy. They give you a single bag of tea (no options) and another of coffee. For a junior suite this is not acceptable. They left a small bottle of mineral water the first day and they never brought any more along the 5 days stay. The water jets and other features of the pool/Hamand do does not work. The terrace of the room was full of butts (disgusting). I had to call front desk to have it clean. The room is very spacious, but the working space is extremely narrow, the size of the laptop. It is not nice to work. The breakfast was generous, but I would have appreciated a few more Moroccan dishes. Beyond salads, fruit and yogurt, the warm stuff is basically eggs, sausages and standard European food (not bad, simply a bit disappointing). The area is quite far from downtown and there is nothing special. I forgot a small bag with a medicine on the table in the breakfast restaurant, and it wasn't picked by the stuff. I went back to the restaurant in the afternoon to check if they had found it, but the people at the restaurant hardly took interest. That was very disappointing.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff.

Pros: The room and bathroom was huge and the bed was super comfy. I had an enjoyable time and the staff was really helpful. It’s a good option for a pleasant stay in Rabat. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, location, room very big and comfy. Excellent from all aspects !

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
