Pros: the staff is really nice, and helpful really quiet during the night but quite far from the Médina but there is the tram or taxi huge breakfast

Cons: there is a problem with the shower, it's leaking some where and it was all wet in the bathroom

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. It is located within 15 min walking distance of Arrabat shopping mall and Al Medina Stadium. Staff were also nice and accommodating. We were able to be checked in 2 hrs earlier than the official time - which we appreciated a lot!

Cons: The lift had the mind of its own and never came when called. We resorted to using the steps to our second floor room.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The employers are very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities in the hotel are of great quality. The location is central and in a pleasant neighbourhood. I’ve nothing to complain about. Simply an amazing experience!

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff who can speak fluent English. I had dinner with Moroccan tea at the restaurant almost every night. The food was delicious. The tapestry at breakfast was as gorgeous as a fancy afternoon tea. Room is nice with everything I needed.

Cons: I had a room that was part of a family room but was divided by a closed door. A group of very loud women stayed in next room and the soundproofing was almost none… I had to knock on the door to remind them that they were being loud late at night. The bed was too soft for me which made it harder to fall asleep.

Pros: Ali at the front desk is very helpful. everything inside the room is great. My room comes with a small balcony, but the door to the balcony doesn't close very tightly. the noise from the street at night can be disturbing.
