Great spot for a Casablanca stay

Pros: Great spot right on the beach with great views. Excellent facilities and helpful smiling staff.

Cons: Nothing, just what we wanted.

Pros: The property had at least three restaurants and bars. It had a couple of really nice pools that took you down to the beach. It would be a real happening place during the summer. We were there in January during the winter. The bedroom was fine and the food that we had was the stand out

Cons: The main thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the service and the location we stayed there because reviews suggested that there were lots of restaurants and bars and clubs available however, probably because of winter there was very little to choose from. we were right on the main road so we could catch the bus into the Medina so that was good. The staff let the team down they were non-responsive and on multiple occasions, essentially pointed the direction and told us to find our own way. When we asked for glasses or plates to have some wine and breakfast in the room we were told that that was not normal. when we asked for more teabags we were told you had to pay for them. The front reception did nothing to make you feel your stay was special. There was no induction to the hotel either so you just had to discover what was available.

Pros: A number of bars available and all serve alcohol. Staff were brilliant

Cons: Was very cold in public areas. We went in January.

Pros: Nice hotel in the Corniche 2 area, close to restaurants, mall and stuff. I really enjoyed the ocean view from the room. The hotel has two bars and three restaurants inside, though they share the same menu and kitchen. Walking to the beach and shopping mall is easy, and there is a great Moroccan cuisine restaurant just around the corner that I strongly recommend.

Cons: There is no room with two large beds, so single beds are the only option for multiple adults to share a reservation without sharing the same bed.

Overall it was a very good stay with good service

Pros: The breakfast was rather repetitive and orange juice not fresh orange the freshly fried eggs were delicious but integral toast would be nice as white bread not too good. Croissants would be good. Yoghurt choice good.

Cons: Room cleaning - floors not swept daily or the balcony. more drawers would be nice as wardrobe space not enough. A bathroom shelf would be nice. Shower tray slippery so put mat in shower to avoid accidents. No sun terrace as swimming pool in shade most of day in Winter.

Pros: Everything was just perfect for our stay for the wedding we attended

Well appointed accommodation

Pros: Great location for walking on corniche. Clean facilities.

Cons: Shower temperature difficult to regulate- kept going from hot to cold.

We stayed in all until the 13th six nights.

Pros: The breakfast was more or less the same everyday. More variety would be better. The fresh eggs were delicious

Cons: The front step should be clearly marked as I fell heavily, not seeing it . It is not deep but shallow. But the marble floor is very hard!

Pros: Really I appreciate highly the cooperation of the staff especially Faisal and Karima and restaurant staff.

Cons: Old furniture especially the cupboard and shower place.

Great find and lovely staff.
