Pros: the location was good, the pool was nice the rooms were vast

Cons: the staff is very under trained especially rude at the reception we asked for a cot up on arrival and it never made ir even after many requests sunday at 9am they were homering above our heads even after we asked for them to stop

I will be back for sure

Pros: I am in love with the place )everything was just great

A great hotel with fantastic staff.

Pros: The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and vey helpful.

Cons: Not centrally located.

Glamorous hotel, but needs some improvement.

Pros: The overall déco in all the common spaces, the veranda and the pool garden, the comfort of the room, the art-deco details, the stuning hall....

Cons: The bartender was no experienced and the waitstaff at the bar slow and unfriendly; small choice of amenities in the bathroom.

Great place for a business stay or stopover in Casablanca

Pros: Couldn't fault this hotel. Quality establishment but most reasonable rates.

Cons: The Moroccans smoke freely in the bars and restaurant which we are not used to.

Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Pros: Great hotel good location. No problems at all. The room was very comfy and plenty of room.

Cons: We liked the classic style of the hotel. the rooms are on the edge of needing a little bit of a refresh but excellent.

Superb hotel in casablanca

Pros: Nice room, very comfortable. We were granted an early check-in at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated

Cons: Slow service on the lobby

Oasis of calm in Casablanca.

Pros: Le Casablanca is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and had a super comfortable bed. The food was excellent and service impeccable.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: We enjoyed the design of the hotel. elegant and tranquil as well as the food in the restaurant. Staff were almost all very friendly and helpful, special mention to the young lady on the reception desk ( sorry I don't remember her name )

Cons: One thing that wasn't good was the noise from the street in front of our room. Despite it appearing to have double glazing, we had to use ear plugs from the airline to get some sleep. Another minor dislike was the smell of incense in the hallway but other guests may find it pleasant.

Lobby restaurants stuff are great

Pros: The lady at reception was rude I don’t want to munition her name but the other stuff was good. The shower was broken.

Cons: They can make better hospitality on check in it was poor in my arrival.
