A refreshing and exceptional stay with great service and cleanliness we will definitely return in the future.

Pros: We only stayed for one night, but the experience was excellent. The receptionist was extremely helpful and cheerful (I believe his name was Marwan, although I’m not 100% sure). The room was exceptionally clean, and after a 4-night stay in Marrakech, this hotel felt like a breath of fresh air. The cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality here were truly impressive and far exceeded our expectations.

Cons: We booked a double room, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. Also, the swimming pool was not available during our stay, and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. Apart from these points, everything else was excellent.

At Casablanca

Pros: The hotel is clean, the bed was very comfy. The staff were nice.

Cons: It's little bit expensive, they don't serve alcoholic beverages, and the roof bar was closed unfortunately.

Pros: Very clean, jewellery renovated, nice view, soundproof rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons: Staff not very friendly and service oriented.

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the reception to the rooftop pool. The room was kept clean every day, everything was very comfortable and beautiful, the water was hot, the towels were fragrant, and our clothes were folded neatly during the cleaning. The hotel is above all praise, and we highly recommend it.

Easy place to stay, kind staff and would recommend.

Great hotel to stay at in Casablanca

Pros: Staff were very attentive and efficient. We had a great lunch on the rooftop. Our room was great, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Our biggest regret was that we had to check out at 5:30 a.m. to get to the airport. We wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel to have time to eat breakfast.

Cons: There no issues at all.

Pros: Hotel is nice and modern. There is a security so person can feel safe.

Cons: Although the staff was helpful, there were certain issues with slow process of refund which makes a person unconfortable.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, good amenities and cleanliness was great.

Cons: The attitude of the staff at reception. Our room wasn't ready at check in time and we had to wait an hour for it to get cleaned and ready. The staff was unaccommodating, cold and unapologetic. This took away from the experience and left a bad taste.
