Pros: The staff were lovely . The spa swimming pool was exceptionally beautiful, no detail had been overlooked

Great facility, prime location very well maintained and a great sense of hospitality, simply the best

Pros: Staff, staff and staff. Everyone was just amazing from the front desk Hajar and Asmaa and specially the front office manager Mohamed Magdy who made us feels at home with his exceptional welcome, upgrade gesture and top professionalism. Very well done to everyone there.
